"Producer Dawhite was very rude when I called in asking for a bundled auto and renter quote. He told me if I was not purchasing today he couldn’t prepare a quote and review it with me. Instead he could send “some numbers” to me via email since I’m not looking to purchase today. Mind you, the effective date for the policy to start would have been the next day. I tried reasoning and explaining to him that I would buy if the quote is reasonable. He told me I was not the customer for this agency and disconnected the call. When I called back the second time to ask for the Agent/Owner information, he insinuated there would be no repercussion by saying “I hope you have fun with that”. I’m very disgusted with the way Dawhite handled the call. I did email Laura making her aware of the situation. I’m not sure if this will be handled accordingly which is why I have decided to leave a review."

"I see a lot of great reviews but unfortunately that wasn’t our experience the communication was bad barely returned calls and I was hit with a accident on my insurance record for some small scratches on a rental car and since I was honest and told them I didn’t know how they got there cause they were only minor scratches they marked it as me being in a accident and my insurance rate went up by almost $200 so we contacted the agent and like usual no response at that point is when we found another insurance company for our cars and we was with state farm for over ten years and been saying we’re leaving for the last few years but that was the last straw"
